I came in with some vague ideas about what I wanted and Casey listened to me while also taking my ideas and running with them. She is also really cool, and so was everyone else I interacted with. Positive vibe in the salon. I feel great with my new cut. Will be back.

Lisa is a MIRACLE WORKER! I went to a different salon (coincidentally also with the initials DC) for a simple root touch up and trim. It was totally botched, and my normal golden blonde hair was suddenly multiple shades of dull, dark mousy brown. This would be bad enough at any time but it was right before my niece's wedding, which we've been planning for 2 years. I needed a fix, and fast. But my hair wasn't in good shape and I knew it couldn't withstand a lot more processing. Lisa to the rescue!!! I booked an appointment with her, not expecting much but hoping for any little improvement. She listened carefully (and let me vent!) and also thoroughly examined my hair. She had several ideas, all of which she discussed with me in detail, giving me the pros and cons of each. We decided on a few carefully placed blonde highlights to brighten things up, which she executed perfectly, being very careful to condition and "baby" my hair along the way to avoid more damage. I couldn't believe it when she was done. My hair looked SO good, far beyond my wildest dreams. I can now enjoy the wedding and look like myself in the pictures thanks to Lisa. She really listened and is obviously a very knowledgeable and talented stylist. I'm so glad I found her.

Today I saw Lisa for the first time. I found her very easy to talk to. I clearly communicated what I was looking for and she delivered. After years of driving into Boston for hair color, I'm glad to have found Lisa right around the corner. She was very solicitous of my feedback and offered to make any adjustments I might want, if a week from now it's not quite what I wanted, particularly since this was her first time coloring my hair. I appreciated her openness to feedback.

Kristen, my hairstylist gave me the best men's haircut I ever had, including trimming my eyebrows. And she shampooed my hair and offer me lots of hair gel and she gave me a comb for I can part my hair all for $48, which I paid for in cash, that's the best deal for a high-quality salon. I give DC Samuel Salon all 5 stars. I'll be a repeat customer for life, I guarantee it by setting an appointment next time at the last week of every month. They rock and provide excellent customer service. And Kristen and I had a very pleasant two-way conversation. For her excellent service, I tipped her $50 in cash. I live in Lexington, thank God. and it's a short 10-minute ride with lots of parking spots.

I got an appointment with Angela immediately and I couldn't be happier. She listened to all my concerns and issues (I have thinning hair) and proceeded to give me the best haircut I've had in years. I am so pleased to finally have someone who is knowledgeable, well trained and obviously very passionate about what she does. I'll be a regular from now on! (Note: I live in Norwell on the South shore so it's about an hour away. Well worth the trip!)

My experience was great! I’ve been unsure about getting a haircut during the pandemic and was very excited to see that DC Samuel was doing outdoor cuts. It was my first time at the salon, and Fatima made me feel so welcome. She really listened to my needs while also doing what was best for my hair texture/type. The outdoor cut felt very clean, quick, and safe, and Fatima did a great job giving me a good cut while the wind was blowing around.

I had an incredible time at DCSamuel salon today. It was my first time and I saw Kristine for a Brazilian blowout. I was taken right on time, and treated so kindly. I felt like I had been there a million times and everyone there seemed so happy to be there. Kristine was very thorough and I really appreciated that. We had great conversation throughout the whole appointment! At the end, she didn’t force any specific products on me but gladly explained them all, it was great! I got the Brazilian Blowout Shampoo&Conditioner. I will definitely be back for more services !

i have been going to DCSamuel salon for many years. Sam has been doing my hair for over 35 years never never have I had a bad experience. Everybody at the salon go out of there way to make the visit pleasant and make sure you leave happy that you came. Not only do you look better you feel better.
